Peggy Sousa

As an executive coach with the Quotidian Group, Peggy leverages her extensive experience as a corporate leader in Fortune 100 Financial Service organizations. Parlaying her business acumen and passion for people development, she specializes in helping current and soon-to-be senior executives across a wide variety of development challenges including influencing, navigating change, building a high performing team, and of course, delivering outsize business value for their organizations.

Peggy served for over 20 years in senior leadership positions at American Express (in New York and London) and Aon as a strategic business development partner to multi-national and mid-size companies across many industries. She led regional, national, and global teams throughout her career and is a two-time recipient of American Express’ Quality Leadership Award.

Peggy is a Columbia University Certified Executive Coach and an ICF Professional Certified Coach with certification in the Hogan Leadership Assessments and Neethling Brain Instrument. She received her B.A. from New York University. Peggy served on the board of ACCION East (now Ascendus), a non-profit microfinance organization for small business entrepreneurs.
