Before joining Quotidian, Heather spent 10+ years as a senior-level coach and consultant with MDA Leadership Consulting, where she acted as a trusted advisor to her clients, helping them select and develop senior talent needed to achieve business results — through comprehensive executive assessment and coaching. At a systems level, she designed, developed and delivered leadership development programs, helping organizations build greater capability to develop talent, innovate and lead change.
Heather received her B.S. in Business Administration/Financial Management from California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo and her Masters in Psychology from Naropa University in Boulder, Colorado. She is a Certified Integral Coach through New Ventures West and a certified facilitator of the ExperienceChange and Design Thinking business simulations through ExperiencePoint in Toronto. She lives in Minneapolis with her husband and two active children.
