Over the past 16 years, Heather has had the privilege of supporting leaders within two different realms - serving five years as an internal coach for senior executives within a Fortune 500 media company where she helped create and facilitate enterprise coaching programs before transitioning her practice externally, coaching senior leaders and teams in US-based and international organizations of all sizes.
An experienced public speaker at the local, regional, and national level, Heather conducts speaking engagements on a variety of topics. Heather also donates her time as a Mistress of Ceremonies and Entertainer for several non-profit fundraising events each year.
Heather receieved her Master Coach Certification through the Behavioral Coaching Institute of Sydney, Australia, performed her Executive MBA work on Human Performance Coaching at NYU, and has a Bachelor of Science in Advertising & Broadcast Management at the University of Kansas.
Heather resides in Tulsa, OK with her husband and two children. In her spare time, she enjoys acting and singing for American Theatre Company and Tulsa Repertory Musicals, as well as participating on the boards of local non-profit organizations.
