Over the past eighteen years Gayle has supported leaders in small upstarts to large international organizations. Before coaching, Gayle began her career at ABC/Disney, managing teams across the country on synergistic opportunities across the varied platform. Gayle was also the Executive Coaching Manager at a Fortune 500 media company where she created the company’s internal executive coaching training program and was responsible for various markets throughout the country.
Gayle received her Master Coach Certification from the Behavioral Coaching Institute of Sydney, Australia, performed Executive MBA work at NYU, and has a BA in Communications from Colorado State University.
Gayle lives in Hanover, New Hampshire with her husband. She enjoys skiing, hiking, travel, live theatre, mentoring college students and volunteering at the local animal rescue.
