Heather Wray-Isquierdo has over 20 years’ experience in the field of leadership development as an executive coach, talent management consultant and sought after group facilitator.
She has worked extensively with high potential leaders and executives from a broad group of client organizations across industries, including: General Mills, Allianz, C.H. Robinson, Donaldson, University of Minnesota, Medtronic, Mortenson, BlueCross BlueShield, Värde Partners, and Polaris. She has also consulted with not-for profit and human service organizations, typically on a pro-bono basis.
Before joining Quotidian, Heather spent 10+ years as a senior-level coach and consultant with MDA Leadership Consulting, where she acted as a trusted advisor to her clients, helping them select and develop senior talent needed to achieve business results — through comprehensive executive assessment and coaching. At a systems level, she designed, developed and delivered leadership development programs, helping organizations build greater capability to develop talent, innovate and lead change.

Heather received her B.S. in Business Administration/Financial Management from California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo and her Masters in Psychology from Naropa University in Boulder, Colorado. She is a Certified Integral Coach through New Ventures West and a certified facilitator of the ExperienceChange and Design Thinking business simulations through ExperiencePoint in Toronto. She lives in Minneapolis with her husband and two active children, ages 6 and 10.
